Poor Input Quality
In the event that we manually review your input images and find that they do not meet the requirements for producing successful AI-processed pictures, we are not obligated to issue a refund. However, we may offer to redo the AI-processed photos while providing clear guidelines on the specifications for the uploaded images.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We cannot refund to a different account.
